• Let Only Charges for Landlords houses listed at £195 per room +VAT with a minimum charge of £550 per house let
• Room Let charges £195 per room let

Prospective tenant charges

Donkey Digs Limited do not charge tenants for using our service however we do take deposits on behalf of our Landlords and this is held in our client account and once cleared sent to the respective Landlord. This amount varies depending on the Landlord but usually this is £150-£250 per tenant. In some cases Landlords do not take deposits and will charge pre-rent to the tenant which again on average is between £100-£250 depending on the Landlord in question.

Property Management

This service in our eyes is the key to protecting your reputation as a Landlord therefore we offer this through our sister company Professional Property Management based in Loughborough.
